Metaphysics can be used to describe elements in the world the five senses cannot properly perceive. The study of the reality of structure and the meaning of existence as pertaining to life can be ascribed to the analysis of metaphysics as well. Living a life of health and happiness created by holistic teaching and practice is part of metaphysics. The energy created by humans can be described in the study of metaphysics.</p> <p>Metaphysics was attributed to a study of philosophy in the natural sense. Ontology is the main study of metaphysics consisting of the nature of existence and the relationship of objects in the world. The objects give off energy providing a means to study the metaphysical aspects of the things. Ontology in metaphysics also explains change and the energy used for change to take place.</p> <p>Two additional studies of metaphysics include natural theology and universal science. Natural theology is based on the study of religion, creation, and the existence of God. Universal science is essentially the basics of science before a science is added. Elements of the metaphysical study of causality and finitude are also aspects of universal science.</p> <p>A single aspect of metaphysical energy is in auras. Humankind has found energy encompassing every person and the color may vary for the aura in question. The auras are like electromagnetic fields encompassing an individual in energy. The energy created by the body can be seen in the auras in such colors as yellow, green, purple, red, pink, and blue. There is also a multicolored aura depending on the mood of the person and the energy given off. There are people able to see and read auras allowing a person to better understand the energy and metaphysical aspect of being human.</p> <p>Quartz crystals are another means of energy found in metaphysics. Energy found in crystals is used as a way to heal and provide balance and harmony for a person. Using the energy from the crystals allows a person to create a positive force and eliminate the negative. Centering and protection are also aspects of the quartz crystal used to help a person amplify the energy flowing within.
